This is a HOT ITEM!!! It requires three AAA batteries which are included. The fan is handheld and it stands approximately 4" high. The handle measures approximately 1 5/16" across and 7/8" thick. At the end of the handle is a break-away string that is aprroximately 19" long. The two fan blades are made of clear, flexible plastic and each blade is approximately 1 3/8" long and 1" across. One blade contains the following colors: Red, Blue, Orange, Green and another Red. To turn the fan on, just press the button and it will keep spinning the blades until the button is pressed again. As the blades spin, the pattern will change to produce amazing effects!! Due to a possible choking hazard, this item is not recommended for children under the age of five years old.
